Introducing The Reflection™

Shape & Overview:

The Reflection™ features a long bench along one side of the pool and is described as “one of our most versatile and popular designs … whether it be a night by the pool or exercise for the kids.” Available in sizes 33′, 30′, 26′ and 23′.

Ideal Backyard Context:

• This is ideal when you want a pool that serves both active swimmers and relaxed loungers. The bench provides seating within the water, which is great for adults supervising kids, or socializing.
• This fits a backyard that may be narrower in one dimension but has a longer depth.
• It works well when the pool will be visible from the house (so you see swimmers and social guests), and you want steps + seating integrated.
• If you also plan a splash deck (shallow tanning ledge) along one side, this becomes even more social.

How a Pro-Builder Tailors It:

• Grading: If the bench side is near a patio or deck, Meramec would align the bench so it faces outdoor furniture or the lawn‑view.

• Coping/decking: They might place lounge chairs along the bench side so the pool edge becomes a social edge—deck material selection might reflect that (e.g., textured pavers near lounge zone, smoother finish near the bench).

• Landscaping: On the opposite side of the bench, perhaps planting shrubs or installing a privacy screen so the pool becomes a social zone facing the house or patio.

• Additional features: Because of the built‑in bench, you might add underwater lighting along the bench, or bubblers for ambiance—Meramec can coordinate these. Also, if you add a cover box (optional), they’ll plan space for the housing along one end/out of view.
